I now have 5100 rear installed, 5100 front in hand and 885's on the way. I would like to get a strut mounting kit and a progressive aal with longer u bolts. Is there anything else i should look at/replace while I'm at it? I'm not doing aftermarket uca's and am doing all the work myself.

What are you using the truck for?

If you off-road now would be a good time for a ubolt flip kit, and maybe new bump stops?

Flip kit just get you more ground clearance under the ubolts, doesn't make a huge difference but it's a cheap upgrade.
