So.. Last weekend was going to be the weekend I installed energy suspension poly's in my truck. Rubbers seemed really soft and was getting a lot of cupping on the tires, occasional knocks when making turns and I wanted a weekend project..did I ever get one!

The driver side LCA came out without much issue, but on the passenger side I ran into the dreaded seized bolt in the sleeve. Ended up cutting the bolt out and tried to press/hammer/burn/anything that bolt out of the sleeve but ended up destroying the bushings inner sleeve.

As of today this is where I stand:

3 decent but not great LCA inner bushing sleeves.
A set of ES Poly's on the bench.
A full set of Moog K200119 bushings coming in tomorrow.
The outer sleeves are stilling in LCA's all nice and clean.
A set of Whiteline W53377A on order but 6-8 week delivery back-order.
PSA: Everywhere I contacted about the Whiteline W53377A set said it's out-of-stock and one said that it might be discontinued.

Should I remove the inner sleeve from one of the Moog's and install the ES bushings?
Does the inner sleeve of the Moog's match up exactly to OEM?

Should I install the Moog set and hope that Whiteline comes in?

If I install the Moog set are the ES bushings no longer an option?

I'd rather not go to the salvage yard or order a used LCA unless absolutely have to.

A big thanks to all that have posted on this forum, your experiences have really helped me.

    Update on progress...

I got a full set of the Moog bushings in today. Decided I take my chances on tearing one down to see if it would be a good fit for the energy suspension bushings. The tear down of the Moog bushing went fairly easy. Pounded back the inner sleeve ring holding the washer on and popped off the washer.

Without having a press or a ball joint press kit I decided to try something a little different. I used a heat gun and simply set it right on top of the inner bushing for a good 5 minutes or so. I eventually heard a little sizzling sound and it was easy to pull the inner sleeve out of the bushing with a pry bar, rather cleanly as well.

After getting the sleeve out of the bushing and putting it side by side with the OEM Toyota one I knew it wasn't going to fit the way it should. So here's the results. OEM is on the far right Moog is on the left. Please ignore the washer size difference, one is the inside washer(left/Moog) and one is the outside washer(right/oem) of the bushing.

You can kinda see the gap here in this pic. The gap is on between the inner sleeve of Moog sleeve and the red ES Poly on the left-hand side of the bushing.

The Whitelines are now listed by 2 sellers on Amazon today and my order is to arrive next week. So instead of installing the Moog's I'm going to hold out for Whitelines and hope it goes better.
