Ford cobra rims and k&n filter

I bought a 96 Tacoma new and drove it (& cared for it maticulously) for 17 years then gave it to someone. I just got it back; not running with brakes frozen! It hasn't cranked in 18 months; suggestions on how best to start my restoration? Also, can anyone tell me what other year/model interior parts will fit my 1996 Tacoma
