Should I stay with Toyota Genuine Parts or high end performance aftermarket to rebuild my front end?

I am Mike from Hawai'i, new owner of a 2000 Extendcab, 4x4, 2.7, 5 speed, SR-5. (270K miles) Loving my truck. Bought it to get around on my lava field land on Big Island. I love my 2005 SCION xB as well. So here is my first question.... can I switch the driver and passenger seats in my 2005 Scion xB with the ones in my 2000 Extendcab Tacoma?

2ndly, I have some issues, mainly have to rebuild entire front end and replace rear leafs springs and bushings, I have been told. I have heard of MAC front end parts kits(are they good?), but I'm really am green on buying the best parts at the best prices online (need all ball joints, bushings, tie rod ends, all of them, sway bar bushings, CV boots, coiled struts, already have control arm bushings, from Energy Suspensions). Also told I need rear leafs! I am not interested in climbing mountains, don't need super hard bushing material, OEM is fine. HELP! ALOHA and Mahalo(thankyou) for having me
