What cover is this and how much is it worth?

Just bought a 2010 double cab LB and it came with a tonneau cover on it. I don't really know too much about these covers and I am wondering if someone could tell me what I have? I think it is a Toyota cover, as the handle on the back says Toyota on it as well, forgot to take a picture of that, but I could if it would help. I am also wondering what would be a good price to ask for it? I am thinking about selling/trading it as I really want a shell instead. It's in really good shape and everything works, minus the small surface rust on some of the hardware. Thanks in advance.

Edit: It kind of looks like this one, but I am wondering if Toyota actually makes these are or are they made by someone else and branded as Toyota.



Also, any issues with taking it off? It looks like it would come off pretty easy, just wondering.

 

Its an undercover tonneau cover I believe: http://www.autoanything.com/tonneau-covers/61A4985A0A0.aspx They are rebranded for Toyota (same P/N when I look online).

Used I have seen them anywhere from $100-500 here in the PNW. Check locally to see what Tacoma tonneau covers are going for. The removal shouldn't be too challenging since I believe its just bolted to the rail.

I'm waiting on a similar style tonneau from A.R.E and it was a bit over 1200.00. I like the product though
