You can buy them on Amazon or Ebay for $10-$12 bucks.

FYI the dealer can disable that annoying chime.

Maybe when you go for your follow up service, you could ask the tech to hook up the Tech Stream program and turn it off.

Some dealers are weird, the may claim that it is a safety feature, it is not.

Two dealers in area refused to turn it off. Both said it was a safety matter.....

And they both are lying. Next time ask them who is making the payments.

A third option is to obtain your own copy of the Toyota Tech Stream soft ware. You can find it for around $35 bucks on Amazon. It comes with a cable that plugs into your OBD2 port. It allows you to do all sort of customizing of your vehicle.

I have my own version and the first thing I do is turn off the seat belt chime and the 2nd thing is to turn down the key in the ignition/door open chime.

FYI I had my dealer disable mine. They do have to have a seat belt alarm in all cars now, but it doesn't matter what it is. As long as they don't disable the illumination one on the dash it's still legal. You have to have one or the other. Fight them on it!
