Broken lock on tailgate

    How do i get my lock switched out on the tailgate with the bead cover locked on.

    You break the lock right out and pull the two rods at the same time.

    I usually can get bed covers up enough to get inside and behind, but most aftermarket tailgate locks are pure plastic and need to be replaced entirely anyway, so break the shit out of it.
