I am 1/2 way there saving for urd 2.7 supercharger. I have read and seen many installs but NONE sharing after lets say 25000 miles or 2 years later. I don't want to trade or sell my current Tacoma, its a darn good truck! Anyone know or have any input on this product long term? Its a lot of money to spend only to regret it later down the road. I want to know if its a product you can put 100000 miles on without major failure. I am in my fiftys and just want to tow small trailer wanting just a bit more horsepower, not looking to win any races.

    My gut says, yes.

    Lack of data says, no.

Then again, pound for pound, dollar for dollar the S/C does win from my perspective. Of course I own my 2.7l outright, no payments no worries. If I go up and buy a V-6, I'd pick up another 10-15k loan. With a 5k S/C price tag......you get my view point, I hope.

I should also mention, mine is a Regular Cab, it's a little lighter...I get a little more bang for my buck.
