Hi every one, I have a 2003 Toyota Tacoma runs great the problem is that the clutch won't return sometimes stays on the floor. So I tyed a little piece of wire to it so I can pull it back up so I can shift. I'm not sure but I think it's the tension spring. How hard is it to remove and replace. I would hate to screw it up and break something. Any suggestions? Steve

Check the hydraulic system. Any fluid in the clutch master?

Hi thanks for the reply, and yes its topped off. I would like to fix it myself instead of paying someone to fix it.

Thanks for the plug CB. I don't do much with manual transmission trucks. The last one was a 1984.

Regardless, I just looked at some diagrams. The spring is near the top of the clutch arm. It looks pretty easy to access. Ask I can say is get under the dash and look things over.

    Sorry I wasn't more help
