The Hondas are nice, I had a 2013 Accord before my Tacoma and even the LX model had a lot of features.

    Some really cool shit
For me it was about the dogs, and storage. My 94 4Runner didn't have a strong engine, and the dog hair was everywhere. I cleaned and cleaned and just couldn't get it all out. Then have to do it again in a week. I looked at the 2014 4Runner but the storage area was smaller than my 94 4Runner. I guess they decided to increase rear seat leg room, but it was a show stopper for me. I love my 14 extended cab Tacoma. I have a shell, though, so am able to semi secure stuff in it. No issues so far.

Installed my OME rear shocks and dakar leaf springs yesterday.
Spent like 2 hours looking for the correct size grade 8 bolts to swap in because 2 of the bolts for the body and leaf were seized.
    Ended up grinding them off.

Do i need to rent a spring compressor if i want to remove the old shocks/springs out of my truck?
I already have the new OME coilovers assembled

    working on it!
if you're removing the whole strut assembly then you don't need the compressor. if you want to take apart the strut itself then you would need it

    Wrecked!
nope mine busted as well on that trip. its the brake shoes bend and bind in side the drum same on both MT and AT if you have had this happen I recommend replacing your rear brakes. I replace mine from a previous trip and on this trip one of the springs broke and got wedged in-between the shoe and drum and the shoe was bent again. this is twice in 2 yrs. The shoes bend pretty easy when tiring to use the back break and gas at the same time. now with the locker I shouldn't have this problem anymore.

Added pic of the spot that bent both times in the same spot on the same side(RR). kinda strange that it has happened twice.
@Overlanerd and @BudMan you should check your brakes if you had that loud pop or locking up. both times this happened to me the same noise was heard and my rear locked up.

He's been checking any online posts and websites for like 2 years and hasn't found one he had to have, just tossing it out in case someone had one in their garage or knew a guy who did.

Airplane ticket and driving home isn't off the table at all, so he's looking in several states.

Prefers a project that isn't priced like Barrett-Jackson and is within driving distance from Santa Rosa.

My department is looking for someone to fill a temporary Planner 1 position in our current planning division. Looking for someone with a degree in urban planning or a related field. Experience isn't necessarily required but would be beneficial obviously. The position would be for 1 year until the hiring process begins for a permanent position (which the person would also be eligible to apply for of course). The pay would be the first salary step as a planner 1 and there wouldn't be benefits, as it's a temporary position :rain:, however the experience is huge. PM me if you or someone you know is interested!

$129 for my stag lower. Plus tax and dros.

Also that's not scratches on the pin locations. I noticed it after the photo and it wiped off.
