Yes. However, I would strongly suggest if you go LED to look at fanless units. Those with cooling fans like you listed often fail and require you to cut the rear weatherproof boot causing moisture in the lens. Philips makes the only reputable fanless LED that attempts to have the correct OEM optics. Many cheap LEDs without the glare guard will cause glare and scatter everywhere, blinding oncoming drivers and possibly leading to a ticket.

If you really like white and that is all you are after, I'd suggest just buying some whiter halogens.

For reference, your headlights are H4, your fogs H11.

Do you have a good reputable site that has these bulbs? Also, do the blue colored leds preform better?

You might find this writeup useful, has links to purchase as well:

Blue light performs worse. Generally speaking you don't want to go above the daylight color spectrum, which is 5-6k or so. Personally I prefer lower in the spectrum as it is easier to see IMO, closer to 4-5k. Blue lights may look cool, but all things equal whiter lights will provide more usable light.

Blue colored bulbs (I had halogen ones) are illegal in the US according to the state patrol officer who saw mine and stopped me. I took them back to the store and got some regular ones. Then I had to get my truck inspected and send in paperwork.

While the coating looks very blue in the picture, the ones I posted are 4k bulbs, they are the same as silverstars which are DOT approved and completely street legal. If you run bulbs that actually look blue when on, then yes you are definitely asking for unwanted attention from law enforcement. This is especially true if you run a blue LED or HID that emits scatter to bind other people.

Superior light output will come from non-coated bulbs. But the OP is asking for 'whiter' lights.

They have failure prone cooling fans as well, and they do not include glare guards, meaning the glare will not be controlled and you will blind other drivers. While your 16 with projectors is more forgiving than the reflectors in earlier trucks for glare, you can still see light glare above the horizon line with Opt7 and 16 projectors:

The latest LEDs from TRS have a more modern design that eliminates the cooling fan like the Philips. But Philips is still the only reputable LED conversion that is specifically designed to work in a halogen assembly with appropriate glare cut offs that I've seen.

All halogen bulbs will have glare cut offs for the designated bulb type. But, actually don't order those for the H4! My bad, I thought they had a stock wattage version, those are high wattage and will require a harness. High wattage will have a reduced life span, the way to read it is 75 hour high beam and 150 hour low beam.

    Just a sec.

This may sound dumb, but are these both low beam and high beam? Some posts I read on TW give the idea that you have to buy 2 different things for headlight to get high beam and low beam.

Yes, the H4 bulb is a high/low bulb. The 2016 use different bulbs, which have separate bulbs for high and low requiring you to upgrade 2 components to affect both beams.

Thanks so much! So I can basically just plug and play with these bulbs? & For the fog lights, do I get 80W or 55W?

Yes, these are stock replacement bulbs that will be a bit brighter and appear whiter than stock. Note they will be white, not blue.

For the fogs I would get the 55w bulbs, unless you run the harness from the foglight upgrade.
