I have two pod led light keep pop fuse it just won't even let me put it it's just spark and pop any ideas. On this please need help thank

If the fuse keeps blowing there is a short in the wiring. Did it come with a wiring harness?

If the harness was new, its very possible that the power wire got pinched somewhere, I would inspect the wiring starting at the battery connection.

You may need to remove the harness and inspect each wire outside of the plastic harness.
