LED light switch install. stupid question

    2016 Tacoma TRD Offroad 6 speed manual.
    I have a Rigid industries light bar from my old truck that I am putting on my Tacoma. I got a switch to put in one of the empty slots:

    the connector wire has me confused. It has four wires. Positive and negative, plus a green striped and red striped. The wire harness for the light bar only has a positive and negative and a a blue wire.

    sooooo. what do I connect that blue wire to? and to I just terminate the remaining wire on the switch?
