My first recommendation is "punctuation," but that's snarky and mean. Sorry. Welcome to TW. We're mean, but a lovable kind of mean. Got pics of said truck? You'll get that asked a lot.

It's all a matter of taste and budget. I understand that there are some reasonable OME lifts out there. There are a lot of threads about it in the 3rd Gen section, I recommend you grind through them.

Personally, I left it alone and didn't lift at all.

Good luck figuring out which way to go, and don't forget your pics!

No BRO-ness to speak of... Well, except Kbro2's
    Punctuation saves lives.

    "Hey lets eat Grandma"

    "Hey let's eat, Grandma."

Welcome to TW. No idea on lifts, only did wheels and tires on my OR 4x4 and called it good enough for me!

Ton of lift information on this forum, use search function to find it. What is your budget? How much do you want to spend? Do you care if the ride is stiff and bouncy? If not and you want to go cheap, use a block and spacer lift. It will ride like a covered wagon but you'll get your lift

Leave it stock is my vote. A lift in my opinion don't make it look that much better.
