Watched 'Everybody Wants Some' yesterday. Kind of had a Freaks and Geeks vibe. I liked it...

I only take half a scoop now lol. I had a good pull day today. Maybe it had something to do with 400 carbs yesterday.

I usually do half a scoop. Took almost a full scoop on basically an empty stomach yesterday evening and got a little nauseous. Then I thought "why did I take almost a full scoop for a 40 min back/Bi session???"

I just took a full scoop and a scoop of Jekyll. I'll only do that when I get a good meal first and I plan on having a particularly long or heavy workout.

Isn't Jekyll only like 100mg caffeine? Hyde is like 400+...I do half scoops of Hyde and it always amps me up plenty

I'm gonna start doing half scoops in the morning so I don't show up to work looking like I'm on coke.

I did a full scoop day 1 at like 2 and didn't sleep that night so I've been half scooping ever since. Still on the tub short 'n Kerley gave me so I know I've extended well past the 30servings it supposed to have...

Half scoops, not half reps :muscleflexing:

I have been using the MP Arnold Iron Pump, because I had a few scoops left and ran out of the shit that I bought at the Food Lion. It sucks. I mean, there is caffeine, but zero pump. In any case, the name is a little misleading.

Correct. Hyde is 410mg of Caffine I believe. Jekyll is 100mg. A scoop of each gives me great energy and pump in the gym. That said, I typically consume an unhealthy amount off Caffine at work. I've become immune.

510mg in one sitting? Unhealthy is a good way to put that. I mean, you are a medic and all.

Same here, but yesterday morning I took my Mr. Hyde at 6am and didn't even start drinking my coffee until like noon because I was still so geeked up.
