It's nice to have a functional tailgate again.

Yea direct bolt on. Although I'm going to a whole other level and doing a major brake overhaul. Large MC and new rear brake proportio ing valve and gettin rid of the abs.

I got them off ebay. Callahan calipers. But I bought a different kit with the rotors and pads. Didn't want the drilled and slotted rotors that come with the Callahan kit.

Here's what I got from a few random crappy clips I had laying around. And ya shut up my engine is cold, don't worry about it. It was winter. It's fine.

Depending on what you're planning, you might run into the same issue I'm having.
I upgraded to a dual diaphragm booster with 1-1/16" bore MC, both from a early tundra, to go with the 231mm calipers. Figured it's all from the same truck, should work right? Not exactly. Line pressure went way down, have to stand on them to lock it up. I may try a 1" MC from a pre-01 TRD to see if line pressure returns to a normal level.

    That makes no sense.

Tundras come with a single diaphragm booster. Not a dual.

Tundras mc is also 15/16s. Only t100s with the heavy duty 1ton package came with a 1-1/16" MC.

You kinda did a down grade switching out the booster and mc. Keep the tacoma boost and put a t100 mc in. Should change.

Or sit back and wait for me to do it and see if it works haha

Ah, sorry - T100 booster and MC, not Tundra.

You want the increased vacuum assist from the dual diaphragm booster for the larger MC, right?

Igor. Has a warped rotor. May as well upgrade. Can't fit on Frank due to 15" rim.

Line-X, LED Gauges, Bluetooth Stereo, TracRac, OME 2.5 Lift, Relentless Fab rear bumper, Shrockworks front. Bleh. So much good stuff.
Welded on the sliders that I bolted on yesterday. Was a pain in the ass because I was grounding incorrectly at first so some of the welds are not pretty. Turns out the rear spring hanger is a bad grounding location for frame welding. Funny thing happened though. Because of the bad ground the welds were popping and one of the molten pieces of steel hit my shirt and it caught fire. "OH SHIT OH SHIT OH SHIT!!!!". After I put it out I stood there and laughed for a couple of minutes... :)
