I am new to this great site. I have a question about a lift that I recently installed on my 2007 TRD Tacoma. Its a 4" Tuffcountry kit with the uniball upper control arms. After I installed it & had it aligned I noticed that it looked lower in the rear. 1 inch to be exact. When I load all my camping & hunting gear, it goes down even more. Before purchasing the lift, I did have the rear spring recall done. Before that the suspension was never touched.
    Is this a normal thing?

A little of this and a little of that.
    Welcome to TW Aric.
What did the TuffCountry lift kit have for the rear suspension? Add-a-leaf, or new leaf springs?

yea that looks correct, they normally do less rear lift due to the factory rake of the truck. going with a taller block, but really i would try a new leaf spring.

I agree with paranoid56, everything looks installed correctly.
However, the leaf springs on our Tacoma's are notoriously known to be weak.
An add-a-leaf or new leaf pack would be a better option than the blocks.

Rear leafs are the brand new thicker replacement recall springs. maybe an addaleaf would be better but I didn't want to stiffen my ride. Maybe there isn't any way to get away from that. Thank you for your advise.
