I bought this tacoma used a few months ago and when I finally got around to removing the camper I found that the boot had rubbed away the paint on the cab. Any suggestions for the best and most cost effective ways to fix this, hopefully avoid having to get the cab painted? My main concern is rust and getting it protected from the elements. I sold the camper because I am often hauling dirt bikes but now I am thinking the camper shell might be the only way to hide this.
