Thanks! I think it is an improvement. Wife disagrees. But said - "It's your Truck, so if it makes you happy, it makes me happy". I may have to keep her.

I like that you kept the chrome surround and Toyota emblem. Nicely contrasted with the black! Wild Crow approved!

Hey guys, so I am getting my rear end ready to go here...found a shop over in Winchester that looks pretty promising in regards to doing fab work. I plan to go with the BAMF shock relocation and I think these guys should work. I was curious if anyone has had any experience with them? They are called Chaos fab shop. Also, anyone live in the Winchester area? I might have 4-5 hours to kill and would be cool to hang somewhere besides the shop when I decide to get this done, probably on a weekend. Here is a link to their website.

They are only quoting 4 to 5 hrs to do the relocation?

I havnt talked to the fabricators themselves, but the guy I talked to made it sound like it wasn't that serious of a job. A Jeep buddy of mine said he wouldn't have them do the work as they have a somewhat shitty rep forums wise so I probably wont go with them now.

From what I have heard, everyone seems happy with his work. You putting those kings in? What leaf pack are you going to run with them?

Yep I am going to put those kings in with the BAMF relocation brackets. Also going to install the total chaos mid travel spring under kit that will work with the 12 inch relocation as well that has specific heavy duty deavers that will be with the kit. Now that I think about it, this will probably be an all day event regardless of who I chose to install it.

Last time I had anything to do with one of the relocates we had well over 20 hrs of billable labor in it. It is not a quick job at all. And to do it properly, you have to take the time to fully cycle the suspension while placing the mounts. Otherwise you will run in to insane amounts of rubbing or either bottoming out the shocks, over extending them, or not getting full potential because your wheels contact the shocks before it's fully cycled.

Or at least that is what someone somewhere said... I wouldn't listen to me though. :D
