I already posted in the 2016+ section, but I was told I should post here too, so here it goes!

Long-time lurker here.. I've made a few posts, but I'm still pretty new here. :)

I picked up my first ever truck on Wednesday - a 2017 Taco TRD Off-road DCSB 4x4 in inferno. Still getting acquainted with it, but it's really starting to grow on me. It's going to be real handy for home improvements, snowboard trips, and general Indiana winters. Anyway, nice to see such a helpful forum here. Looks like I'll be on here a lot!

Made me jealous! You snagged at '17 already? I've been looking for this same model (with manual 6 speed), haven't been able to find one yet.

Hey Joe - I'm in the NW Indy area.

Yep! Bought it from Andy Mohr Toyota in Avon, IN. Fantastic experience with Aaron Taylor there. I wanted a manual too at first, but then I thought - I'm going to be taking motorcycle trips and snowboard trips in this thing. It's going to be a lot easier to get home in an automatic if worse case scenario happens at some point and I break/sprain something, vs. a manual trans... :)
