2017 white DCLB tacoma

2" coil spacers in front, 1.5" lift blocks in rear with 285/75/r16s. Painfully stock.

Hi guys I have an A340F transmission and when I go down the highway the transmission shifts into overdrive lock and drops to 2000 rpm then when I try to go up a hill it doesn't just go to 2500 and unlock the converter, it jumps to 3000 rpm in 3rd with the torque converter locked any ideas?
