    If it was a fuse they wouldn't flash for a second. Sounds like a ECU issue

    Forgot to check it, thanks. I think it was shipped 1/2 quart low from the factory.

    I wonder if it's something in the turn signal stalk.
    Maybe some sort of contact issue.
