Hello everyone! I finally signed up to join the forum after deciding I can no longer resist the group buys and awesome insight you fine folks have to offer.

My name is Brandon and I'm from the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I currently live in East Texas out in the country away from all of the traffic and city slickers.

I've got a '14 DCSB OR in MGM... I've had it for two years now and own it outright. I've had it on LR UCAs, OME 887s and Dakkars for about a year and a half. Have been using a Softopper for a year (one of my favorite additions to the truck) and have done some little mods here and there to make trips to the mountains more enjoyable. A few months ago I finally got around to throwing some 33s on it, Maxxis 762 Bighorns 255/85 on the stock OR 16" alloys. Occasionally I'll pull a M416 trailer with a Tepui RTT when I'm not backpacking in the mountains.

That's pretty much it about me... it's nice to be here outright instead of lurking in the shadows like I used to :spy:

    @Dynosports you're right :D

Fresh off the jack stands on its own weight again after OME lift. Those poor tiny tires... the step bars would soon be deleted. Kiddo and ex needed them.

Here we find a taco in its natural habitat

Doing truck stuff and test fitting a tree stand and carrier before bow season, just after adding the Softopper. Those poor tiny tires still...

Having a short bed sucks when you're tall and want to sleep in the bed of the truck on occasion. Here's my ghetto solution to that problem during hunting season. This is before the RTT and trailer acquisition.

    20151110_171110.jpg
More truck stuff, first time setup of the RTT. The trailer would soon get somebody's Tacoma takeoffs to match my current wheels. Jeep 5 lugs aren't real wheels

A damn bird made a nest under my hood. I tried my best to relocate the nest but I think the bird gave up on using it in a nearby tree.
Two months later... after leaving the truck parked outside over a long weekend... same thing happened again. Goofy bird.

On the side of a taco food truck outside of Vail, Co. Right next to Vail Brewing Co. Must. Have. Sticker.

FINALLY some fresh treads. I just had to get my money's worth out of the stockers  and put the tall skinny Maxxis Big Horn 762 255/85/16s on at 46K mi. The only things that have changed after this point are the front bumper little mud flaps got taken off after some rubbing in reverse, and some BAMF LCA skids got added. I'm playing the waiting game on a set of SOS Offroad bumpers and some BAMF sliders

List of little mods here and there over the past couple of vears:
De-badged and covered the chrome... chrome belongs on 50s-70s muscle cars... not on our trucks.
BHLM because it looks cool to me and why the hell why not crack open a perfectly good set of headlights!?
Stock wheels got coated because I'm too much of a cheapskate to get different wheels.
Rear diff breather relocated... I did it a bit differently that most folks and zip tied the end breather just under the driver side bedrail cap. It's at the highest possible point in the bed of the truck, further up from the filler area, bed storage boxes, or taillight housing.
Added a 1/2" lift block under the driver's side dakkar spring to correct some taco lean I had going on out back.
Wheelers bumps up front... need to address the rear soon and am thinking of flipping the shackles.
I keep a 4x4 block in the back seat storage bin in case I need to use the factory jack away from home... since the lift and tires made that task a bit more difficult.
I had raptor leds wired up for a while... decided they're not for me. Maybe with a different grill insert I'll try them again.
I also did a Softopper mod and deleted the tailgate velcro in favor of a magnetic strip as shown in the Softopper thread. So much better to use now.
