After sitting in a Ford Dealership for all of the this time I have mentioned they offered me maximum 33500 on my Truck with only 83XX miles aka a FULLY LOADED Trd-off road 4X4 truck with upgraded led interior, exterior, predator steps, tonneau cover, tail gate decal, moonroof, etc... TRUCK. I did not trade. You have to be freaking kidding me. They know they can sell this thing for straight cash! Come on.

It's called trade in. They aren't going to give you what you paid for it.

You'd be surprised how few people walk onto the Ford lot and ask for a Tacoma.

They are a business, money must be made. You would've saved more by getting a Ford the first time around.

Your upgrades aren't worth much to them and a new used vehicle on the lot is always a wtf. Also cause 3rd Gen I guess. Its not special, it's a truck. You lost a ton the day it rolled off the dealers lot.

I always look at brand new cars on a different dealer lot and be like "looks like they chose poorly".

Or it was a problem child and it was worth thousands of dollars to the owner to get rid of it.

Typically (not in every case but most) money spent on customization is lost money. I know this from years of customizing cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles, fill in the blank. We do it because we like it. Watch Mecums or Barrett-Jackson. The big money is for unmolested stock vehicles.

Our '16 DCSB TRD OR will be for sale by end of the year. Once we get the front bumper finished up, she gone. Only has 2000 miles on it. Figured if we can get $33-$34k we'd be happy. Hell, we only paid $35k for it...

I kinda think the F150 is a real contender when I jump back to full size trucks.. I don't trust GM, I've never owned a Dodge (and hate the "RAM" brand as it is today). Hold me. :anonymous: :pout:
