I realize this is an old post, but someone just bumped it up and I saw it...

What's with the gap between the bumper and the fenders? Looks huge and uneven. Have you found a way to fix that?

I traded my JKU for a TRD DCLB. Very happy with the usefulness as well. It's a tradeoff... I can't off-road like I could with the Jeep, but I sure can haul around a bunch of stuff I couldn't have before. Stacking firewood on the rear seats sucked!

Where'd you get these and are you happy with them? (I know, I know... it's been posted a million times already.) Matte/flat black?

...^^^... FWIW ... I like the manual rear, sliding window.

You can carefully put long things through the back window. The manual window is almost flush with back wall support.

Many trucks with a power rear (side-slider) window, have a raised area for the slider mechanism ... and that screws-up "flat loading" of long items.

Built a sleeping platform over the weekend using some 2x8's, 5/8" plywood, and some 3 inch foam pad from Home Depot. I raised it higher for storage space using that tremendous proprietary design in pic 3. Not a lot of headroom but about enough to get some. Excuse my lack of carpeting skill.

A few guys make them on here. You can ask @ruggedT or @CBoy808. I've gotten decals from both and they make great products. I have that flag in matte dark gray on my back window and it looks awesome.

I just picked up a 2017 TRD Off Road. I took it to BLM off road and found a 1973 military plane crash, hiked through "crack in the ground", and installed the neoprene center console arm rest cover. Next on the list is the dog platform. I was going to debadge it but decided against it.

Little tree air fresheners. Clazzio black leather seat covers.
That plane crash is pretty cool! Me and dad ventured out to that same place last year! Supposedly there are a few more military plane crashes but we've been unable to to locate them in person. Bunch of cool stuff out on the desert!

Can't freaking wait. Yours look great. I went with the gunmetal on my white 16 to give it a little contrast. The all black wheels have seemed to wash out on my other white trucks.
