Don't trust the dealer... Tire/Wheel Fitment Question on a stock 2012 Prerunner

Greetings.

I know there's been ALOT of questions about the biggest tire you can have on a stock suspension so here's something different.

It's time for some new tires on my 2012 prerunner and want to change the look some but don't have the coin to do too much. While I like the stock rims, I'm also considering the TRD "Sesma" Alloy rims because I can sell the stock ones.

While I've asked a couple dealerships, just want to check with the true experts before ordering.

So, will the Toyo Open Country at2 LT265/70r17 work with the OEM TRD 17 inch alloy wheels on a stock suspension on a 2012 prerunner with no issues? Don't mind removing any of the flaps afterwards but don't want to be "surprised" by anything during installation.
