Does anyone in the Reno area have an Upper control arm bolt laying around by any chance? Willing to pay the price of a new one for it, so I can have it today or tomorrow.

Bolts, don't think so. But I have a pair of stock UCA's that I just switched out at about 33k that you're welcome to have.

So question about UCA's. I wanna lift the truck only maybe 2 inches with either the OME kit or the Toytec kit. are UCA's necessary or a luxury? Will it work better with UCA's?

Only two inches and you shouldn't need new new ones, the stock UCA's should be okay. But if you have the money, go for the upgrade so you'll be ready when you decide that a 2" lift isn't quite big enough :p

LOL, I don't think I will be able to go much more due to the fact I still want to be able to put the truck in the garage.

Thanks for the offer, I actually just took out my stock ones and replaced with aftermarket light racing ucas because the alignment shop couldn't get it within spec because of the 6'' pro-comp lift.

I tried salvaging the bolt by bending the inner fender sheet metal out of the way as people suggest but it still isnt even close to clearing, so pretty sure im going to have to cut the bolt head off and push it through :/, passenger side came out fine.

Damn, that sucks. Good luck with the bolts though!

Also, offer is open to anyone in the area who wants or needs a pair of stock UCA's. Just shoot me a message and we'll figure things out :)

Anybody have a recommendation for a shop in the Reno area for a third member rebuild?

If you go with an extended travel shock an aftermarket UCA will give you more wheel travel. I have about 2" of lift and went with light racing UCAs for that reason.

Get it aligned and then look and see if your tires still look like this \ /

If it's real noticeable you should probably get UCAs. If not whatever, run it and rotate tires and watch for wear.

Does anyone have a Scan tool that can read and Diagnose airbag light on? Replaced clockspring and its still on, no disconnected wires I could find, thinking its one of the sensors... A code read would be very helpful to narrow it down but Oreilly / autozone wont read airbag codes, and the shops want like 80$.... Ill buy you a 12 pack of of your favorite beer!

If you think you can read the codes for the airbag system to find which component is bad I would be happy to compensate you for your time in beer if you would like... If its a hassle no worries I can sack up and pay a shop sooner or later I just figured I would ask on here if somebody was interested.
