Meh. Like I said, this is a pretty low-crime area. The police aren't on edge like they are in other parts of the country, so unless the kids were waving/pointing a gun at the police or the citizenry the police aren't likely to open up on them.

Skidders and logging trucks are complicated to operate, though. Front-end loaders these days are just like a car; automatic transmission and power steering.

My lawnmower would do a burnout if it had front brakes. I've even gotten my stock 4 banger Taco to "burnout" accidentally when the roads are wet and I'm quickly trying to get out in traffic from a parking lot.

Yea, life is going to hit these little entitled fucks hard. Oppression doesn't exist anymore and if it does it's the other way around, at least around here it is. Personally, I agree with it. I don't agree with what they're doing, but I agree with their right to do it.

But, that doesn't mean that exercising said rights doesn't mean you're not a spoiled, entitled, disrespectful little dillhole.
These people want to disrespect the flag and what it stands for, that's their deal. But they need to be prepared for the backlash from the rest of us. Lots of it won't be enjoyable for them, and hopefully it can change their viewpoints for the better.

 

I know I don't speak for all veterans but it is their right to protest. Although I completely disagree with it and not because the whole disrespecting the military aspect of it. But because of the one thing we can be united and stand tall on is that we are all Americans. I also know that the people who do express themselves face backlash from endorsements dropping them an again that's how a free society works. Yes I have had more then my fair share of friends give the ultimate sacrifice but they gave it defending the flag and the liberties and freedoms we enjoy as Americans everyday. And we can pick and choose which freedoms we want to use or like the good come with the bad.

You are absolutely right but that's what gives them the right to protest. I hate it as much as the next guy. But the right to protest is a right we have. I'm just looking at this from a broader view. I understand it's disrespect and distasteful, but it is also a right guaranteed to by Bill of Rights. We just can't start picking and choosing what we like and dislike from the Bill of Rights we have to take the the good with the bad. That's what is getting us into trouble as a nation, we are getting away from our foundation and we are picking and choosing what each politician likes from the foundation and weakening the other parts of it.

 

There was a time where doing shit like that would be a sure way of mom or dad beating the snot out of you no matter what color you were. Now it's not only accepted but the parents are encouraging it. I see this kind of disrespect as a sad sad sign of things to come.

 

Yes sir the one of the biggest problem starts at home.

 

When the parents are entitled asshat's living on the system that's what you get. Shitty parenting, shittier children, and the cycle continues. And we are the assholes if we speak up about it.
