Well Gadget got back to me and basically said that for that sorta power the MapEcu3 would be a better option...hmmm

Capable and quite easy to tune. I like that device.

    Around $900 for the MAP3 + harness
Around $900 for the fic + harness

Difference being the fic harness is plug N play, the map harness you have to splice and solder ( not that I have an issue with that). Any advice?

I'm leaning towards the map ecu since it seems to have more functions...

Map-Ecu has a lot more functions. Mine was wired into a jumper harness, to be plug n play with the factory harness.

You can tune it with the factory maf sensor, or use its on board MAP sensor for tuning instead.

Still around! Just busy with other projects.

I ended up ditching the crazy solenoid thing. It totally worked...when it was working. I think the solenoid (which was designed for a low-temp, low pressure breather on a motorcycle) would stick sometimes, causing the occasional pressurization of the crankcase. I'm running the valve cover breather into a plain Moroso air/oil separator. It seems to work fine and there isn't much effect on fuel trims due to vacuum leaks.

AEM 320lph fuel pump install (works for OEM just don't modify anything)
    IMG_20160913_193139109.jpg

    IMG_20160913_193146222.jpg
Step 1. lift bed for fuel tank access (bed bolts 17mm x4-6 depending on model)
    IMG_20160913_193152051.jpg
Step 2. fourwheeler tires. (prop it up)
    IMG_20160913_193945827.jpg
Step 3. Assort and remember connector and pipe locations
    IMG_20160913_194133450.jpg
    Step 4. Undo pump bolts (8mm x8)
    IMG_20160913_194512545_TOP.jpg
    Step 5. Here's what you're after.
    IMG_20160913_194527607_TOP.jpg
New AEM next to smol Toyota
    IMG_20160913_194601342.jpg
    Step 6. Undo this/these
    IMG_20160913_194830807.jpg
    IMG_20160913_194802512.jpg
Step 7. wiggle pump from grommet
    IMG_20160913_194940020.jpg
Step 8. Fully remove smol Yota
    IMG_20160913_202931116.jpg
    AEM connector
    IMG_20160913_202935888.jpg
Step 9. adapt to Yota connector (I simply removed the Toyota wires and soldered to the left over crimps and shoved it all back into the plug) (AEM install only)
    IMG_20160913_194959791.jpg
    IMG_20160913_203920100_TOP.jpg
Step 10. Modify pickup as necessary, and file down any burrs. (also blow through the tube to rid it of any metal dust) (AEM install only)
    IMG_20160913_204528695.jpg
Step 11. Install AEM to toyota connector and tighten worm clamps. (AEM install only) I had to modify the AEM grommet to fit the tacoma pump bracket.
    IMG_20160913_204944998.jpg
Step 12. Install AEM pre filter (AEM install only...obviously)
Step 13. Reassembly is reverse of removal.

How do you think the urd stuff( besides the mapecu) would do if you kept the power at 350 hp? I think if I ever did this that's the most I would go. Or whatever 8psi makes on a setup like this....

I'm not sure...I suggested 10psi in the email and gadget responded with the map ecu. If you wanted you could always email him. I'd think his stuff would be able to handle atleast 5 psi since it's made to be used with turbo charged applications.

    Injectors next?

After finally reading about the map3 I'm pretty sold on it. It just does everything. Looks like you can even control a meth injector with it. Yo brice if we both get one on the same ticket we can save $195 each.
