So I'm really pushing to get some new tires, as of right now, it's looking to be some 285's, but I plan on sticking with my stock wheels. Now I know I need a spacer, but not sure which one to go with, and where would be a good place to start looking. Thanks guys!

A good American made spacer such as Spidertrax. Their website has reflected as sold out for ages but you can find them on Headstrong and maybe Wheelers. Check the buy sell forum here as well as CL. I just picked up a pair on CL for a steal of a deal.

Ok cool, I forgot to add that I'm not sure what "size" spacer i would need to avoid the any rubbing.

One and a quarter will be the ones

Edit: you can go more but you'll start looking cholo. And risking more chance of damage. Remember, they're aluminum

Yeah I saw that and then on wheelers it's $195 without shipping, so it seems like they'd be around the same price? Either way I'm still really torn between going 285's or sticking to 265's. I really want some bigger tires but I've been reading up on so many pros/cons lol thanks for the heads up though!

No problemo. What size wheel do you have?

Be advised you only need them for your fronts. Throwing them in the rear only makes you look uniform. That said, I'm going with all 4. Choosing form over function with this decision.

To be honest I'm not even sure, I've been meaning to check but they're stock wheels and I want to say 17's? If not 16's for sure. And this whole time I thought it was all 4..lol that's how clueless I am at this hobby still
If I'm only put the front 2, would that affect me in any way whether it be on/off road??

No sir. Won't affect you. I see you have an off road. Those are 16's from the factory. However if you do have 17's I'm selling my Goofyear Wrangler P rated Duratracs. 9k miles on them. I'll give you a screaming deal on them. Ive wheeled them and have been pleased with them on and off road. Just keep it in mind. Not to trying to convince ya in any way.

Ok sounds good! And I'll definitely let you know about the tires, like I said, I'm still debating which ones to go with. I appreciate it though!

Word. Forgot to mention they're 265/65. You're looking for bigger so probably won't work out. Anyhow, here to help with whatever I can. Respek

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
A 3/4" spacer will get you the same back spacing as a wheel with 4.5" backspacing. Go thicker if you wanna rub harder.

Lol all these numbers and to be honest it's like a different language to me. In my defense I have been trying to read up on different threads and stuff though (which explains why I'm still up replying lol) I'm like 90% set on going with 285's so I just need to find out exactly what spacer id need to make the tires not rub, once I got that down, I'll move on to trimming lol

    Factory tires have 5.25" backspacing.
Most people recommend a 4.5" back spacing for a 285 tire (11.5" wide)
A 3/4" spacer is the difference, right? Viola.

Some guys like the 1.5" for the extra width.

Back spacing is the distance from the "back" (inside edge) of the wheel (nearest the suspension and such) and the hub surface that bolts to the lugs. Larger numbers mean the hub is closer to the center of the wheel, smaller numbers mean the hub is farther away from center and the wheel sticks out farther.

Also good to note: make sure your current wheels are wide enough for a 285 tire per the manufacturer spec. KO2's, for instance, call for an 8" wheel minimum and a factory wheel isn't that wide.
