I have a Prinsu Toprac I'm trying to install. Zach's products look great, but I've not been able to get a response from Zach about the hardware to mount to the Thule/Yakima rails on my Leer canopy.

The description page on his website says "These rails have 3-4 mounting tabs each that will allow you to bolt the rack to the Thule/Yakima tracks using the appropriate harware.", which at the time I thought meant the appropriate hardware was included - that seems to not be the case. Nothing in the ziplock full of screws seems to be the right thing.

If someone who has one installed can send me pics that would be great, but a general description or part name for something I can source from Home Depot or Napa would help.

heh - nice try. :) They are very nice looking, Zach has some real talent. I get the impression he may be pretty busy though.

Its been a while since I installed mine (on generic rails, not Yakima or Thule), but I think what you are supposed to slide into the tracks are more of a flat head bolt IIRC. From what I remember, I wasn't thrilled on how the bolt sat in the channel on the rails, so I added washers that slid inside the tracks.

So I put washer on the bolt, slid it into the track (bolt and washer inside the track) with the threads up, and then the threaded end goes through the rack and bolts tight. I'll go out and make sure thats how it was. :)

I also need Toprac install help, but with a slightly different issue:

I have a 2015 Access Cab with an ARE MX topper and Yakima rails installed, and am in the process of installing my new Prinsu Toprac. The issue I'm running into is that the Toprac for the 6' bed trucks comes with three mounting feet on each side, and there is just enough curvature in the topper from front to rear that the feet wont all sit down flush against the rails. The middle foot hits the rails leaving the front and rear feet about a half inch up off the rails.

Has anyone else run into this problem? Any help would be appreciated!
