    Very bottom of the motor on the front. It's the tensioner pulley for the AC belt. Pull the skid plate and it will stare you right in the face.

    I painted it myself. I used rustoleum paint+primer in gloss black and a sealer/clear coat. Not the toughest stuff out there but it's been doing fine on my sliders and rear bumper.

    That's what I'm about to use. If you use their self etching primer it holds up pretty impressively
