I recently installed a toytec 3 inch lift on my 2013 Tacoma. When I'm going 10-25 mph I get some vibrations in the floor board and steering wheel. I HAVE read some other threads and my kit came with the axel shims and it still vibrates. I contacted toytec and they said I may need a carrier bearing drop kit. I'm just wondering if it's OK to run both or if that's too much?

did you have an alignment done after the lift? It is necessary.

Yes I did get one done. I had my wheels balanced twice cause I thought that might be it, but now I'm seeing other people have had the same issue

There are so, so many threads on post-lift vibrations and how to cure them. Basically, there is no panacea, you just have to find the right combination of shims, CB drop, etc. that reduces the vibes to something you can tolerate. You can try measuring the driveshaft operating angles and adjusting them to what they should theoretically be, and that's probably a good place to start... but in my experience, trial and error is the only way.

    Here's a good read: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/drive-shaft-vibrations-solved-step-by-step.244535/
