17" TRD Pro wheels on 1st gen?

I have seen a picture of one 1st Gen with these wheels on it, but I couldn't find any info on if they'd be ok to run on my truck. I'm interested in these wheels for mine, or the SCS F5 wheels, but unsure about fitment.

I have a '96 Extra Cab V6, but I converted it to manual hubs. I know I'd have to modify the caps on the TRD wheels, or run without them. Can someone more knowledgeable on this subject assist me?
