Subtract the weight of the hitch and stock bumper, and about 4 lbs. of flimsy sheet metal, and the HC bumper doesn't add much.

Cutting the fenders feels scary at first, but the noise the metal makes, as it hits the ground, is the sound of freedom....

So the bumper for sale did the Dusy this last weekend. Still in usable condition, but will need more rattlecan to look new. I had some pics to post up after I got her while on a lift, but now they are not really useful.

Long story short, acceptable offer just lowered ;)

In other news, sounds like my new bumper will be done in 2-3 weeks.

It totally did its job. Just left a lot of powder coat on the trail. I plan on getting some pics of all my damage today, I will put the bumper ones up here.

i ordered my swing out bumper two weeks ago. it'll be nice to see my front end go down a little bit and the angles for my cvs become a little more civilized.

Time for the pics I promised

    This is before Dusy

And new beauty marks after Dusy

Nothing a some soap, water, wire brush, and a can of Rust-Oleum cant fix. Oh and can prob bang out that lil dent on the passenger side.

that's really clean. If I didn't need a swing out, I'd have taken you up on your offer.
