What Chuck said. Seriously, as he meant it and I do too...

Back yard tonight....... I like my Riva' view

Credit Con for the pic I was enroute from work...

Damn... that is a 11 out of 10! Almost makes me want to sweat again... Most Excellent as they would say in some circles!

With a modified Bristol operation on the left shoulder no argument here. Been watching this for awhile and no easy solution. Best of luck to you!

My left shoulder with the pin and screw and tendons cut and screwed aren't so bad, well OK it sucks after more than 30 years of calcium build up. It is the degenerative arthritis from my left ankle that really slows me down. Degenerative arthritis means time has caught up with you.

Corozine shots help but are limited as to the number . The foot is a lot more complex than the shoulder. Just saying.... But when it depends on what you do for a living makes a big difference too, ouch. Not going to take a 20 pound sledge to a slugging wrench against the servers. Although there are days I wish I could. Hang in there, and listen to the Doctors (providers).

You are only as old as you feel. Yes some days are better than others. Smile you are on the right side of the dirt. :)

Just stopping in to say Hi from central Florida. Haven't looked into this thread yet, been over 50 for 5 years now. Seems like I need to hang with my own age group after reading a lot of these younger people's craziness, Hola.

    Morning all my friends.
    Let's count them.
    1
    2
    3
    4
    What comes after 4 ?

    Anyway,
No shop this weekend but lots to do.

Going to pull the mini garden
Go watch my grandson's soccer game.
Get back and mow the lawn.
I hope someone is coming to look at the van around 1.
May get the pressure washer out and wash the boat and Harley.
Going to a party for shop tonight for one of the best places to work for 2016
Then sit on my ass all day tomorrow cause I can't fish due to weather.
So I will practice my 3 string and drive the wife crazy.
Mmmmmm I don't need to practice to drive my wife crazy...
As far as aches and pain.
My grandpa was just an awesome man. He worked real hard all his life. Played semi pro baseball, built the house my mother is living in. I use to mow the lawn with my own push mower walking behind him on a 1 acre of land. I could see he was having problems getting up off the ground etc. I asked him if he was ok. He said its old age is creeping up. So, remember I was just a kid, saw someone older then he was and he was just bouncing around in the store like a middle age man. So I asked pa why. He said
    "Because he hasn't lived life".
It took me a long time to understand what he ment.
I know we all complain about our issues. Let's face it.. IT HURTS..
I read everything we have done in our lives here.
    It's simply amazing.
There is a price to pay for everything.
Our price for living life is pain.
Do I wish I wasn't in pain? Yea sure..
    But I owe nobody NOTHING.
I can leave this world with my reputation on the right side of the line.
I have done and doing things most people can't. (Or at least do right)

Yea we are all in pain.
BUT WE HAVE DONE SOME COOL SHIT. WE HAVE LIVED LIFE....

    Thank you all for sharing

    Damn Mike.
Pull garden, mow lawn, pressure wash stuff. You need to slow down a little.

Hold on. Almost missed this: "Then sit on my ass all day tomorrow cause I can't fish due to weather."

You need to speed it up a little. :boink:

    Morning all!

I was gonna do a 30 mile bike ride this morning.

But my gout is acting up.

And I can't fit my foot into my bike shoe.
