    @digitaLbraVo Denny, that YouTube video was interesting and funny. LOL, it's NOT converting AC to DC voltage, but it does replace 2x AA batteries. I bought this LCD Clock\Compass from AutoZone because my base model "TRD" (LOL, I'm gonna badge it as such) doesn't have a clock and it works great, but I got tired of changing the batteries after the second set!!! LMAO!!! :annoyed::rofl::rofl::rofl: The batteries were only lasting a week, at best???!!! So, I got an idea that IF the truck came WITH some sort of factory clock, it would constantly be ON anyways!!! So, I figured this compass\clock is no real difference and only drawing mA and, again, wouldn't be any significant difference between a Toyota factory LCD clock vs the AutoZone LCD clock constantly ON using the car battery???!!! Figured, 2x 1.5V = 3V (NOTE: brand new batteries are right around 1.65Vdc or there abouts) so I used a 3.3V voltage regulator. Built a custom length 3.5mm mono-jack for power from the truck. Btw, I tapped into a constant 12V source and used a female 3.5mm jack so that I can unplug the clock if I want to and plug something else in its place. Since the source is a female jack, NO SHORTING will and does NOT occur because I made the "shielding" as the GND. Anyways, just wanted to show you and after I had watched that video!!! LMAO, that Hot Wheels car went FLYING and hit a gas can at the other end of the garage and made a "DING" sound!!! LOL!!! :rofl:
    :rofl::rofl:

    I will be watching more of his vids, LOL!!! :thumbsup::fistbump::cheers:

    LOL, I have a 400W inverter that I plan on mounting behind the back seat so I have 120 inside the cab as well as routing a pwr cable\cord out to the back part of the bed just like a 2nd gen, LMAO. I already have a sealed weather outlet box that I bought from HomeDepot. Lottsa plans for a home-away-from-home setup, LMAO!!! :rofl::rofl::rofl::thumbsup::fistbump::cheers:

    I can plug in my bass amp off of it!!! LOL!!! :rofl::rofl::rofl: I need to keep practicing my tempo on top of MANY other things. A while back, I bought a learning bass CD\vid that is really good and learning the strings. It has practice songs (i.e. has a song from Steve Miller band, LOL), has an input sensing program that utilizes the MIC input of the computer, etc! Really nice program and very happy I bought it. Now I just need to get in the habit of practicing daily... LOL. :rockband:

    TOOOOOOOOOO MANY HOBBIES BRO!!! LMAO!!!
