Squeaky noise?

1999 Tacoma prerunner 3.4

Well I did my very first oil change by myself haha feels soo good. Now theirs a noise that's bothering me, it's usually when I first drive my truck. It's coming from the back and it's like a winding noise (nore like a rotation noise) when I accelerate goes off after a while. Any clue what it could be?
