    Warranty work completed:

    Battery replaced
    Front shock assembly replaced
    Front shocks replaced

and now I will need to go back in because the air conditioning or A/C is starting to blow warm. It blows warmer out of the passengers side vents.

What gives? My other GMC, Ford, Subaru vehicles did not have these issues this early. They all started acting up at 60K. Except the Subaru, she was exceptional.

What happened to your front shocks?

I have a 2014 OR as well and I'm on my second battery. First one went out outside of my warranty, but I start my truck multiple times a day in whatever weather TX throws down, which is usually heat...LOTS of heat, and that's terrible for batteries. Ultimately, it's a wear item and is meant to be replaced. At least you got it warrantied.

So Bilstein's QC is Toyota's fault?

When the front end would travel down much I was getting a metal on metal clank.
The shocks were failing and I was more or less riding on the springs.

I believe QC is their responsibility. They slap a Toyota logo on them, and sell them as an OEM factory part. IMO that makes them responsible.
Fortunately, they agreed and replaced them.

Hope the A/C repair will go as smoothly.
