Only Toyota and magnaflow make one right now. Unless you get a previous year and modify it. Neither are going to add a bunch of power unless forced induction comes along. It's all in what you want.

True but all are in the same price range. It's always a costly mod on any vehicle

Depends on what you're looking for. Personally I don't like the attention you get with the Borla or Magnaflow. Don't get me wrong, they are both great exhausts, but I've never really understood why you would need that amount of noise unless you are getting notable performance gains. It's a truck, not a race car. The TRD exhaust is subtle at idle but comes to life when you're actually driving and high in the RPMs. Revving in neutral doesn't do it justice. I think it sounds better under load. It does drone at highway speeds if you're not careful with throttle control and gear selection. I've always hated the way automatics sound when they shift, so loud exhausts just make it more pronounced. This one isn't too bad. I think Toyota did a great job and I'm happy with mine.

Save yourself some huge money and just buy a muffler only and have it welded in place if your current muffler. Pick the one that has the sound you like best.

A full cat back won't do anything for you that a muffler only welded in wont
