drive through 41st div road, coming through main gate, pass the air field, follow the curve and keep going and take the first right where it says right turn only,

 

so basically the mini mall where they have teriyaki, subway, hotzone, and shoppette im real close to there. I can walk there

 

Ahh ok nice. I usually hit Jensen gym after PT so I drive by there every morning. Have you had the fried rice in that coffee shop in there?

 

yup, I know the owners, I went there a lot when they first popped off its on point but its been a while since I went. been lazy to drive anywhere when im at work lol

best time to go cause it does sell out is go at 730 when it opens cause after 8-9 its done

does anyone have a recommendation for housing off base? my brother is getting posted to fort lewis soon and he is looking for a place to rent off base, but i guess the choices are pretty slim.

 

University place has a open in my neighborhood or you can try spanaway

 

But the up house is huge so I don't know what his bah will pay cause the house is almost 3000 sqft or check around dupont they have Hella rentals

 

thanks ill tell him to check those areas out. i think he gets quite a bit for the housing money, not sure though. i know when he came up here earlier in the year to check it out there wasnt much of anything right outside fort lewis

 

Yeah up is a nice area very quiet, good schools. But I kn9w ft lewis has a housing place where people have home they rent and submit it to housing people and they list them up so even if he comes some one should be able to direct him or her to that place
