To diff drop or to not diff drop

    Hi all!
    Finished installing my OME 881 coils a few days ago. Im wondering if my CV angles look OK, and if i should look into doing a diff drop. I don't want to keep replacing CV boots every year.

    The second set of pictures were taken at night, so it is a little harder to see but the "fins" are almost touching on the whole boot up to the last fin where it is touching.

    icon stage 10 kit, toytec 1" bl, 35" general x3s, 17x9.5 procomp wheels, locker anytime mod, s&b intake, blackhawk 2.1 tune,
    not the outer boot you need to worry about, its the inner. looks acceptable. Diff drop is only $40 or so and it does help a little. There are some controversial side affects to the drop but i personally dont think it does much harm.

    If the boot fins aren't touching then leave it.

    Stiffer than stock, feels more like a big truck. Also the rest of the truck seems more firm and there are less vibrations than stock.
