In the effort to improve the looks and performance of my truck I've been replacing all my lenses, lights, etc. My final task was to replace the bulbs in my new housings with LED's. After a little, well very little research I settled on the OPT7's. My Audi A6 is outfitted with full LED headlights, driving a car without them is the suck now!

The big issue is the rubber seal needs modification to fit over the larger bulb.

What you need to do is trim out the rubber seal. Luckily all you need to do is follow the lip around the hole and the size is perfect, see the plug cutout at the top. These are NOT waterproof anymore soooo there's your caveat. The back of the bulb is a heat sink and fan.... I

These shots were taken in full daylight.. I drove to get the truck washed and fueled I could see the lights shining on the road surface at some angles... noice!!!!

Cute but no dial up. Are you uploading from your personal files? If so the interwebs can't access those...yet. You can see them because they're on your computer but no one else can.

For whatever reason my Google images links won't work and iPad. And possibly some browsers? I'm gonna fix all the photos.... here's the issue

"WebP is an image format developed by Google in 2010. The format allows users to save an image in either lossy or lossless format. Google has made bold claims about the compression efficiency of the format stating that it can be up to 34% smaller than the equivalent JPEG or PNG file"

First time I've seen an LED headlight next to a halogen, those things are huge. Looks really good let us know how they hold up.
