Has anyone else ordered and paid for a ZK-22 stock and not received it?

I'm curious to see if anyone else on here has ordered the ZK-22 stock from either Red Jacket Firearms or Akyls Defense LLC and not received it. Mine was ordered and paid for on March 17th 2013. For awhile they posted production and shipping updates on Red Jackets website, but then that ceased. After Red Jacket's owner had all the legal troubles Joe Meaux, the acting CEO, made the company Akyls Defense and promised to fulfill the Red Jacket orders. I received an email after I finally got ahold of someone from Akyls on the phone and requested the information expressed to me in the phone call. This is the email I received on March 23rd 2015.

"Hello, Aklys Defense has agreed to fulfill all of Red Jacket Firearms' back orders for the Zk-22. Aklys Defense should start shipping Red Jacket Firearms back ordered Zk-22 stocks in approximately 70 days and project we will finish the Red Jacket Firearms back orders about 10 weeks after we began shipping."

I've tried contacting Akyls multiple times by phone (leaving messages), email and now Facebook with no response. Today I opened a complaint with the FTC. If there is anyone else in the same boat let's discuss it and hopefully together we can find a solution to this problem.

 

I ordered mine back in January 2014 when they first was taking the first pre order of $1 under Akyls Defense. It was July 2014 when Gabriel called said they are ready to ship and asked for $298 payment. So I gave them my c/c and they ran my card. They were in contact with me until my payment was cleared and then silent. August rolls around after 11 emails and numerous of voicemails, I get a reply on a email saying 1 part came back from their supplier and it was up to their standards to give us 30 days. Then September has come and gone, nothing...finally October rolls around, I filed a chargeback and got my money back from my c/c company. As soon as the letter reached Joe's desk, he (Joe Meaux) calls me up saying that they had the ZK-22 ready for me if I wanted to cancel my chargeback and I said NOPE and that's when he got nasty with me saying that I caused him $50 charge, and that he spent 2 hours with his bank about this chargeback and this and that. So I told him that I waited for 10 months and got nothing but empty promises and has since went a different route. I told him to read Bullpup Forum and there are unfulfilled orders back in 2012/2013 under RJF that still hasn't gotten their orders and I'm not about to fund your company to make more to fulfill your RFJ orders so no thanks and I left it at that.

 

Man that sucks! When I first ordered I thought ordering directly from the company would be the best route and man was I wrong. On one of the last updates that red jacket had on their website was saying they were up to the month before my order so I went ahead and ordered the scope and barrel I wanted to complete the build, and those things are still sitting in my basement. Did you end up getting the stock from sportsmansguide or what?

 

I've since went a different route. Just added a Magpul Hunter X-22 stock, flutes GM barrel, BX trigger and optic.

 

That's an awesome setup man! If I can atleast get ahold of them to cancel the order I'll probably just order from someone else.
