Hey I have a 2009 Double cab Rre runner RWD Tacoma completely stock and I wanted to put 285/70/R17's on my truck. So originally I stopped by my local 4 Wheel Parts store and they first told me that I could clear 285's with either the Pro Comp 2.25 in level (http://www.procompusa.com/suspension-product-details.aspx?pt=9333&pl=7142&pqq=2286&pqa=13247) or the Pro Comp nitro 3in leveling kit which would be 3in in the front and 1in in the back (http://www.procompusa.com/suspension-product-details.aspx?pt=9333&pl=107753), but after doing a few hours of research online I constantly heard people say to not level it because its a waste of money, everyone said go with the Bilstein 5100's. So I have changed my mind and I want to clear 285's with the Bilstein 5100's but here is where I get confused. I am looking on the Bilstein website and there are three different shocks in the 5100 series, the regular, ride height adjustable, and steering damper. I have been assuming that everyone on here is talking about the ride height adjustable because people are always talking about putting it on different settings. So I looked further to find them at my 4 wheel parts store but when I look at 4 Wheel Parts online and start looking for the 5100's I can't seem to find the ride height adjustable, I find 3 different options but I do not know which is the one i'm looking for (http://www.4wheelparts.com/Suspensi...rer_AMAN=Bilstein&Shock+Series_PQ=5100+Series). I also am confused if I only need to do the 5100's in the front or I need to do it all around the vehicle. If someone could help me clarify what the cheapest way to clear the tires that I want with the 5100's it would be extremely helpful.

P.S. I just picked up the Matte black 17in. TRD wheels that look insane.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Check out the vendor section also. They are several vendors that sell the 5100's and can tell you what other members are getting. Plus they are only a post away.
