Something else to keep in mind. A lot of the flips I've seen on TW, folks are using longer shackles (XJ) to get even more droop. Something people seem to forget is a shackle is a lever. The longer the shackle, the larger the lever. Pair that with the completely shit 2 ply sheet metal C-channel frame and you are asking for bent and/or cracked frames due to the frame dovetail. Box the frame.
Also if you don't have a slip yoke on your driveshaft, you might want to consider investing in one. As the axle droops, the driveshaft needs to be able to accommodate the shorter distance between the pinon flange and the carrier bearing. This is yet another reason to premature CB failures and driveshafts pulling on flanges.

Do you know of a better stock like shackle that would allow for more movement?

I know how to build one. That's your best bet as you can put in a poly or delrin bushing with a sleeve rather than the stupid loaded rubber bushing.
Defined Engineering used to have one, but I have no idea if they are still a running shop or not.

Since all of the expo packs are designed for a reverse shackle setup, they won't work with the shackle flip. So @tacomgee sell me yours...
I'm planning to take my truck to A-1 springs in Oakland to see what they can do with the Dakar pack. Increase the load capacity, without making the ride rough, and not dropping $800 on a custom Deaver pack is my goal.

I knew what I was sacraficing with the shackle flip. Since my hangers were bent to shit, and I know it will happen again, the other option was an SUA setup with a custom pack since it would have to accommodate the weight of the camper. The BAMF shock relocate, 12" Kings, and modifying my Dakar pack was the cheaper route that will hopefully accommodate my needs.

Thanks for putting this into perspective. I'm totally mixed on my decision now, but always was.

Go get your truck split weighed front/rear. Most cat scales can do this, just need to park the front half on a different pad than the rear.
Then call Jeff at Deaver and tell him what you got in terms of vehicle, specs, and split weight. Give him a bunch of hand jobs and dollhairs and a few weeks later the reaps of your retirement fund shows up at your door.

Just front to back? How about each tire individually?

There's really no need to corner weight. You can tell Jeff to add some extra arch on driver's side if you want, but I wouldn't change the spring rates.
With my newest spring pack, I broke down both packs and mixed and matched the leafs left to right to give the driver side a wee bit more arch to compensate for taco lean.

I just email saying I want both of those. If the company is no longer in business maybe @JLee can help us out.

Would be super easy to make for him. Just has to cad the pieces out. Don't need the delrin though. You could use K5 blazer poly bushings and sleeves to accept a 9/16" bolt.
