So I'm thinking its time to replace the stupid things. Problem is from all the other work Ive done I've actually broken a stud on both of the sensors. Question is if I buy new ones does the actual sensor screw off the flange? If so I'd be able to weld the flange on the pipe and just screw in the sensor? Or is there a easier way? I don't want to take apart my down pipe cause the truck is so old that shit would be glued to the headers. Plus my cat is welded not bolted now because I had to replace that when some tweeker stole it off my truck.

No, the sensor cannot be unscrewed from its flange.

I feel like tightening down the bolt on just one of the studs would nearly hold it on its own. I know lots of people have used hose clamps on the other end to secure it when they broke off a stud. I imagine you could even clamp it temporarily and put a tack weld or 2 on it (not sure if the heat from the weld would screw up the sensor or not).

Don't know on the bung itself but the studs are 8mm with 1.25 pitch
