i am looking to mid travel my 2004 extended cab. i want fox 2.5 dsc with tc uca in the front. for the rear i am thinking about the deaver f67 or all pro standard leaf pack but i dont know if it will work with factory mounting locations. i would also like fox 2.5 bypass shocks in the rear and would like to know if they fit.

You're going to have to build a custom mount set up to mount the rear shocks if you plan on running bypasses and f67's. That kind of set up can't use the stock spring hangers, shackles, shackle hanger, upper shock mounts or axle shock mounts if my memory serves me correctly.

I don't believe so. The extended and compressed length of that shock is going to be too long i think. The longest travel shock that will fit in the stock location is the bilstein 7100 short body. This info is just based on my research, not personal experience. But if you look at the compressed length of the 7100 short body bilstein it is pretty close to the compressed length of a 5100.
