    the original is a steaming pile. ANYTHING you do to it would be making it better.

    EDIT... ok, the part where the ATM calls Steven King an @sshole and the soundtrack were good.

    I have this running theory of movies that are not related, but the actor is the same character etc.
    For example, Jake Gylenhall is in Jarhead, End of Watch, and Prisoners. 3 different movies, where he is 3 different characters. But in End of Watch, he says he is a Marine, well that is the movie Jarhead. After loosing his partner at the end of End of Watch, he moves and becomes the detective that he is in Prisoners.

    A more recent one is Desierto. Jeffery Dean Morgan is a really evil person, hunting and shooting illegals crossing the border. So at the end of the movie, you never see him die. He lives and becomes Negan of the Walking Dead.

    I think that all X-Men, or ALL Marvel movies are canon, all happened. Just depend on how you watch them, but I don't consider any retconned or no longer canon like some are supposed to be. Just getting tired of seeing Spider-Man's origin story told from so many different points of view.

    ...I had some more but can't think of them now.

    It's pretty good. If you're a fan of the original it's a nice update. The kid from Stranger Things is in it and his character is hilarious. I'm more of a Tim Curry fan when it comes to Pennywise but all in all it was a good flick.

    Question for you all: was there ever or does anyone remember a movie where the bad guy used a "laser whip" as in Johnny Mnemonic?

    I remember one scene from a movie on Showtime when I was a kid, recently was told it is Johnny Mnemonic, watched it, and I'm not 100% sure it is the same film. So was there any other movie where a guy had the same laser whip thing?
