If you had first conducted an interwebs search as per the directions in the OP, you would have found that we use hockey sticks to first beat the sense out of each other in the locker room, then tie some skates to our feet, and ultimately take the insanity out onto a sheet of ice and beat up the puck as well. A hockey game eventually breaks out of this mayhem.

Afterwards we sit towel wrapped in a locker room, drink maple syrup, and rub beaver scat on our wounds. Good times.

We bathe in maple syrup, so we have more than enough, but a bottle of Bird Dog Blackberry Bourbon will do.
